Song Da 5 is considered as one of the leading national construction company on the field of Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) production and placement, Song Da 5 always continues to update the most world latest modern technique to improve RCC capability, production and quality manufactured by Song Da 5.
Song Da 5 invited Mr. Ponnosamy Ramasamy - RCC world expert to provide training in RCC placement methodology which would be adopted for Song Da 5’s new project in Lao PDR, namely Nam Ngiep 1 Hydropower Project.
This training course has contributed to facilitate Song Da 5’s staff to access new and modern RCC technology in order to improve knowledge and understanding of the best RCC production technology.
Nam Ngiep 1 HPP is located in Paksan, Bolikhamxay Province, Lao PDR. This project is invested by Nam Ngiep 1 Power Company and the main Contractor is Obayashi Corporation. This project is expected to be commenced in this September, 2014 and completed in 2nd Quarter of 2018.
After completion of this RCC training course, Mr. Ramasamy has joined Song Da 5 delegation to work with Obayashi Corporation - the Main Contractor to find out the Nam Ngiep 1 main dam RCC methodology.
