On 18th December 2018, at the headquarter of Board of Investment Management and Water Resource Construction No 7, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa province, the contract signing ceremony of package No 26: Construction of Head work – Song Cho 1 Reservoir Project, Khanh Hoa Province was held by Board of Investment Management and Water Resource Construction No 7 and Consortium Song Da 5- Lung Lo – Co Khi 276.
At the ceremony, it has the attendance of representative of Employer - Board of Investment Management and Water Resource construction No 7, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang – Director of the Board, For Consortium Song Da 5 – Lung Lo – Co Khi 276, the attendance of Mr. Nguyen Dac Diep – Deputy General Director of Song Da 5 Joint Stock Company, the head of Consortium and leaders of consortium’s members.
Song Cho 1 Reservoir project is owned by Board of Investment Management and Water Resource Construction No 7 directly under Ministry of Agriculture and rural Development. The project is located in EaKrong Trang Spring, the upstream of Cho River in Khanh Binh Commune, Khanh Vinh district, Khanh Hoa Province. Song Cho 1 Reservoir Head work is Grade II construction work which includes Main Dam of concrete Gravity structure with the height of 59.1m, Spillway of 03 gates with QP 1% = 1565 m3/s and environmental Outlet, diversion culvert, and supplementary Dam. Song Cho 1 Reservoir Project consists of 2 water intake with the total tunnel length of 6 km. The total excavation is 445,000m3; the total volume of opened and underground concrete is 120.000 m3. The contract value is over VND 530 billion with the construction schedule of 30 months.
The completion perspective of the work
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Dac Diep, Deputy General Director of Song Da 5 JSC, the head of consortium Song Da 5 – Lung Lo – Co khi 276 extended his gratitude to Board of Investment Management and Water Resource Construction No 7 for its trust and selection of the consortium as the construction contractor and commit to mobilize resources to ensure the construction on schedule, meet the requirements of quality and safety.
In the urgent atmosphere of the last days of 2018, the contract signing ceremony event for the construction of Song Cho 1 Project has brought pleasure to all employers of Song Da 5, created more motivation for workers to contribute to the development of Song Da 5. After signing the contract, Song Da 5 mobilizes the equipment and manpower resources to site to receive the layout plan, implement the project.
