The Chairman agreed for the company to carry out investment in the project, and asking investor to collect comments from departments and branches to complete the project dossiers and submit them to the Department of Industry and Trade for appraisal. After that, it will submit to the provincial People’s Committee to report to the provincial Standing Committee for consideration and comment before submitting to the Ministry of Industry and Trade to add this hydropower project to the planning of small and medium hydropower in the province according to regulations.
The Chairman requested the investor need to pay attention to people in the project area. It is clear that hydropower construction has an impact on traffic, especially over bridges. In addition, the investor committed to use new advanced-hi-technology.
